Grantee-Led Sessions

At the 2026 NSF EEC Grantees Conference, grantees will have the opportunity to lead interactive concurrent sessions. There are a limited number of session slots available.

Grantee-led sessions should be creative and interactive and seek to foster knowledge-sharing and ideation among participants. Sessions must relate to the conference theme of Advancing Engineering Education in Times of Uncertainty (click here for additional details). Sessions may be related to current EEC projects, but this is not a requirement.

Proposals will be reviewed by the 2026 NSF EEC Grantees Conference Planning Committee.

Session proposals should clearly state the following:

1. Title, facilitator name(s) and affiliation(s)
2. Brief description with goal(s) and/or learning objectives
3. Agenda, including a time breakdown and overview of proposed activities
4. Explanation of how your session relates to the conference theme (see below)
