​The 2026 EEC Grantees Conference will be held at the Westin Alexandria Old Town in Alexandria VA.

What does my registration fee include? 
The 2026 NSF EEC Grantees Conference registration fee provides full participation in the conference, including evening refreshments on September 30 and October 1, breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks on October 1, and breakfast and a morning refreshment break on October 2.

How many people can I bring? 
At this time, registration is limited to one person per EEC award. If this policy changes, we will email all attendees.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration, please send a request to eecconference@asee.org. All cancellations made by August 30, 2026 will incur a $25 processing fee. Cancellation requests made after August 30 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
